Chris has had a 16-year career in the Royal Navy as an education and training specialist, with a proven track record of design, delivery, and assurance, particularly within the sphere of leadership development and ‘train the trainer’ packages. He has worked in high-profile and prestigious environments, including military, corporate and voluntary settings. As Head of Leadership Training at Britannia Royal Naval College, Chris educated hundreds of UK and international Officer Cadets and his final appointment in the Royal Navy was at the Joint Services Command and Staff College in the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. He is a qualified coach with considerable experience of ‘one to one’ leadership development interventions, in both military and civilian contexts.
With an MSc in International HR Management and studying for a Doctorate of Business Administration in ‘constructive deviance’, Chris advises The Eleos Partnership on training design, delivery and assurance.
With four years of experience as an academic lecturer at Cranfield University, with a focus on organizational behaviour, Chris is an experienced educationalist and pracademic.
