The concept of mindfulness is not new, indeed it has been around for 3000 years. It is based on the principle of being ‘in the present’. So often in life we dwell too much on the past and think too much into the future, when we can neither change or influence those situations. Our thoughts are passing moments and if we are able to harness those, accept them in a non-judgemental way, our ability to de-stress our brain is evidential. Like physical fitness, it takes time and patience, but we owe as much attention to our brain as we do our body – the two are inextricably linked in that regard.
Mindfulness practice is transportable, you can do it anywhere; it is evidence based and it is proven. We believe it has the ability to change your life and enhance performance – it has worked for us!
